Pour the solution into a plastic spray bottle. You can buy one at any plastic goods store, you have them in IKEA, or you can use an old, empty bottle from a store-bought window cleaner you previously purchased.

With the homemade window cleaner, you have practically a free product that you can use generously, which will certainly make cleaning very dirty windows easier.

If you have problems removing grease, often from the inside, or soot, which is common on busy city streets, there is another trick. Add a teaspoon of dishwashing liquid to the window cleaning solution made according to the recipe provided here. In that case, lemon juice will not be necessary.
