The luxury brand Porsche Design, a division of the renowned German sports car manufacturer, is set to begin construction on an upscale residential tower in Bangkok, with completion slated for 2028. Known for its lifestyle projects and high-end accessories, Porsche Design is partnering with Ananda Development to introduce this new real estate venture in Thailand.

We’ve previously explored the trend of high-end properties linked to prestigious automotive brands, and this lucrative movement shows no signs of slowing down. The new ultra-luxury residential project will be located on Sukhumvit 38, one of Bangkok’s most prestigious addresses. Aimed at ultra-wealthy individuals, this will be the first of its kind in Asia and the third globally, following Porsche Design developments in Miami, USA, and Stuttgart, Germany.

Construction is set to begin next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok stands out thanks to a pioneering partnership between the Porsche Design Center, known for its design perfection, and Ananda Development, which brings engineering expertise to the project. Together, these two partners are creating a future landmark for this part of Bangkok.

Porsche has ensured that this building maintains a strong connection to the automotive world. One of the standout features of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is the integration of “Passion Spaces,” a luxurious garage designed for residents’ carefully curated car collections. Located in the heart of the city, this private garage serves not only as a gathering space for social events but can also transform into a versatile venue for various activities.

The tower’s façade exemplifies functionality, allowing for seamless space transformation at the touch of a button. It boasts a sophisticated, fully automated terrace door system that enables future residents to blend indoor and outdoor living effortlessly.

Crowning the 95-meter tall (about 312 feet), 21-story building is “The Crown”—a lighting feature inspired by the design of Porsche sports cars, creating a distinctive silhouette on the Bangkok skyline.

Inside, exclusive materials and luxury furnishings mirror the prestige suggested by the exterior, while specially designed, tech-inspired luxury kitchens feature electric drawers and cabinet doors that open hands-free. Modern amenities include a 25-meter swimming pool (about 82 feet), a fitness center, and a spa.
